POETTKER COVID-19 BUSINESS CONTINUITY UPDATE
Publication: Poettker Construction, March 17, 2020
Dear Valued Partners & Friends,
We are in unprecedented times. I want to take this time to reassure you of steps Poettker Construction is taking to maintain business continuity during this pandemic. Like you, we are monitoring the news about the COVID-19 pandemic daily and following the Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidance for businesses and employers for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) for preparation and response.
Available information is changing rapidly and therefore we must evaluate and adjust our operational measures accordingly with the same degree of speed. It has become clear that we will all need to work differently for a while in an effort to prevent community spread. The health, safety and well-being of our workforce, business partners and clients remains the top priority at Poettker Construction. Therefore, a majority of our office staff will be working remotely, and we will be limiting travel and in-person meetings, opting instead to meet via phone or video conferencing.
With robust telework and video conferencing capabilities in place, the communication flow on our projects and with our business partners will continue unhindered during this process.
We value the trust you have shown us and remain focused to exceed your expectations during this challenging time and are ready to meet the needs that you have entrusted with us.
Keith C. Poettker, President
